All caps are manufactured in-house, offering authenticity and originality.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) only. (may change in future.)
Full payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.

4. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Upon placing an order, you’ll receive confirmation via SMS or email.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
We work with trusted couriers, but delivery timelines may vary.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We maintain strict quality control and inspect each product thoroughly before shipping. As a result, receiving a damaged item is extremely unlikely.
However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide valid proof (photo/video) and a clear explanation.
- The return request will only be approved after discussion and mutual agreement with our support team.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size dissatisfaction, or personal preference.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, visuals, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Sorvanni.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity.
Spread false information or defame our brand.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or user data.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from website use or product purchase.
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the specific product.
